Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the design of non-standard automation equipment, mechanical structure and mechanical components according to project requirements.

2. Responsible for estimating the design cost and manufacturing cost of non-standard equipment.

3. Responsible for equipment assembly drawing, drawing of parts drawings, participation in technical processing, progress and quality tracking during parts processing.

4. Responsible for the assembly of equipment, cooperate with electrical engineers to complete equipment operation and commissioning; technical guidance, coordination and communication during production site commissioning.

5. Tracking and reporting of various anomaly analysis and processing results

6. Responsible for technical training and technical data of company employees

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above

2. Have more than 3 years of experience in mechanical design of non-standard equipment, familiar with mechanical structure, transmission, pneumatic, hydraulic and other aspects, familiar with machining processes and methods.

3. Can independently complete the development and design of non-standard automatic machine, including: equipment plan development, mechanical structure, mechanical parts, assembly design, material selection, etc.

4. Experience in industrial robots and tooling fixture design is preferred.

5. Skilled in using Auto-CAD, SolidWorks, and other 3D drawing software;

6. Have strong understanding, communication skills and written expression skills, customer training and teaching experience is preferred

7. Good sense of service, strong sense of professionalism and responsibility
